after tution-ing yesterday where my teacher gave me loads of homework even though the exams are over, i went to meet my mom at cck mrt station to take 67 to san gu's house to celebrate my niece's man yue.
there was catered food. ate dinner, fruits and yummy deserts. fifth gugu auntie irene thought i was sec 4. siao. so everybody just talked crap and talked shit. went to see the baby which was so small and fragile so i didnt dare carry. my niece is called zhi1 xuan2 or something. yupps. my friend i met at the basic nco course is zhi3 xuan1. hahas.
then they talked about dad being in thailand.. blahblah. say that i look like him. yah, as if i dont know. plus he is a guy lor. and i just had to look like my father. eeks.
so it was time for cake. mmm.. i was told to help serve the cake lurh. so okay. auntie julia gave me some pieces of cake to serve. there so this huge huge piece that was about the size of two small pieces. then i felt evil (wahaha) and i decided to serve it to my dearest vain fifth gugu. teehee. then she was like, whoa so big, and didnt want to accept the piece. lolls. so i gave it to my cousin shihui instead. eeks. she's so vain and concious of her weight lurh. ah hahaha. then later i took this smaller piece and gave it to her. tsktsk.
so funny lah. then finally i got to eat my own piece of cake. yums.. chocolate.
me and mom decided to go home early cause zeh didnt bring her house key so she was locked out of the house. her fault lor. who ask her never bring key. too bad. anyway, she went for her debate competition and they got into the semi finals. *clap*clap*
one thing i noticed about family gatherings- it is a time to probe into other people's business, gossip about everyone else in the family and be hypocritic.
