I HATE ANTI-VIRUS!!
well, it was all my dad's fault for installing this stupid anti virus thing on my computer. technically, i installed it because my dad forced me to do so, and i didnt have a choice. but it totally slows down my computer, especially the internet. and i told my father about the internet being slow and he was like, no lah, its because at this time of the day, more people are using the internet and the servers are down. but i have proven that the anti virus programme is slowing my computer down! because just now i couldnt excess blogger at all, but once i shut down the stupid anti virus thing, i could log in to blogger quickly and excess this stupid create a new post page thingy.
oh oh. anyway, it was my dad's birthday two days ago. and today's monkey lao ah peh's birthday, so
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MINGSHEN!
i didnt realise that his name in my handphone was still monkeyboy until during chalet last week. lols.
i tried to do some ISPL packages today at jurong regional library. progressing really slowly :D
finally got the click five's second album, Modern Minds and Pastimes. YAYYY! thankyou thankyou :)
the other day i was talking to paul on the phone while he was having a video call with zhengjie. and zj was singing. hahaha. his singing is really good. and cute too. he should join campus superstar! :)

chalet 07 part two
chalet '07! 19/11 - 21/11
some photos taken during chalet. the guys took alot more photos so go to zhengjie's blog to watch the video:) and this part of the post is the continuation from the previous one on the 2e6 chalet.
first day:
alvin surprised zhengjie by coming out from the back door with the chocolate cake! lols. before that, someone went to off all the lights so i switched off the tv.
happy birthday to zhengjie and mingshen :)
oh oh. and mingshen was so funny when he acted like fei yu qing. and zhengjie had to lick the dustbin while weijie had to kiss it during truth or dare. hahaha.
second day:
kuankeong, mingshen, alvin and i played asshole taidi. at first the person who won was the king, followed by queen, peasant, then asshole. then kk called himself "shuai ge" so i called myself princess. yunqian joined in later. other ranks were changed to prince, lao ti ko and prostitute. lols.
there was a last minute bbq at night.
had mac for dinner. kk and i kept burping when yq was sitting in between us. lols. only ate some of the barbecued food as i was having a sore throat.
it started raining during the bbq.
weijie looks so gong while watching tv. lols.

watched tv before falling asleep. paul woke me up around 9am as we had to check out soon. heard that kk talks in his sleep. lols. went to plaza singapura for lunch and went to the arcade again before going home.
and there was this lady at the train station who asked me where i got the black periodic table shirt which i was wearing. she said that it's very interesting.
221107:
woke up late and rushed to meet shiya. went to jurong subcentre together for training. didn't do much there :x
was very tired anyway, due to not having enough sleep during the chalet. training was quite uneventful, except that shiva and kaili were very cute while learning CPR. went straight home after that.
then went to orchard road to walkwalk. had dinner at yoshinoya in ngee ann city and went window shopping at heeren.
watched enchanted at cineleisure :) the show was uber nice! i wont mind watching it again. haha. giselle is such a cute character, initially having this perfect fairytale idealism of finding her true love. prince edward is so funny, especially when he calls rob (the lawyer) and his daughter morgan, as peasants. hahaha.
there were three songs in the movie; 'True Love's Kiss', 'Happy Working Song' (when giselle cleaned rob's house with the help from the animals she called out for), and 'That's How You Know' when she sang in the park. love the songs! the last one is my favourite.
there was also this song, 'So Close' when giselle and rob danced at the ball. very nice :)
after the movie, we walked around somemore to see the christmas lights at orchard. the decorations are pretty as they are purple this year! :) but it looks blue in the photos. oh well.
the harp is so pretty! didnt manage to get a photo of it when it turned purple. so green will do :)
oh no. i have not even completed one ISPL package yet, and i'm going for OBS in two weeks! after those 12 days in Brunei, i only have 12 days to finish all my holiday homework. but i'm sure to be tired and hibernate, so make that 10 days.

all of us except weijie played taidi again at night in two groups. those who won played together with the winners from the other group and those who lost played together. then the guys kept calling me a hacker cause i kept winning. ahahah. nicholas called me the shuffler. but i didnt cheat or anything. i was just lucky:)

chalet 07
i'm currently at lan with weijie, nicholas and yunqian at downtown east. haha. its the second day of chalet :)
yesterday yunqian and i met at bukit batok to go to school to collect consent forms for training. but when we reached the gates the security guard stopped us and we weren't allowed to go in to find mdm yaw just because we were wearing slippers. we finally managed to ask jiaying to get the consent forms for us. THANKS JIAYING! :) thanks to VANESSA and MELINA too, whom i called to ask for help but they were too busy.
anyway we went back to meet the rest; paul, nicholas, weijie, zhengjie, mingshen, kuankeong and alvin. took the train and went to white sands to have lunch. saw abel outside white sands and naiimah at the bus interchange. then we checked in and played taiti. then heartattack. went to tampines mall and wanted to watch a movie but there was nothing nice. so we went to eat teppanyaki and then went to the arcade to play. yunqian and i bought a shirt each, with cute prints on it.
went to buy some food for the next day before going back. bought a birthday cake to celebrate zhengjie and mingshen's birthday. sang the birthday song twice :) then we stayed up till 3am playing truth or dare, which was really interesting as secrets were being revealed. couldn't really sleep at first but i managed to get around 4 hours of sleep.
went to the arcade in the morning. wenxi, jingyi and shuangyu came to visit us. they went cycling i guess. okayokay. nothing much to blog about. i'll put up photos next time. going to play audition. haven't played for so long, prorbably rusty by now.

i think we very low down
yayyyyy no more extra lessons! :)
cleared my locker yesterday. also gave out birthday presents which shiya and i bought the day before. they were for khadeza, amalina and atiqah. atiqah's present is super belated. haha.
lunched at macdonalds after school with shiya, michelle and khadeza. after a while, debby and her boyfriend joined us for fries. met yunqian and zhiwei too.
after eating, we just sat there and crapped. was very hyper:) took a picture of michelle, but she wouldnt let me post it here. or else she'd spam my tagboard! how terrifying. hahahs.
anyway, we went to the library and made plans to go ice skating on thursday. yay, can't wait!
forgot to mention how OLD my sister is. she is currently 18 years and one day old. at midnight yesterday, i found her lying on her bed going to sleep. then i asked her if she knew that she was 18 years old.
her reply was: uh.
i guess i was expecting some enthusiasm from her.
and she just annoyed me by repeating "i think we're alone now" over and over again just because i like listening to the song "I Think We're Alone Now" by The Click Five. she did that 'cause she said that song just keeps repeating that line.
then my mother heard her and came out of her bedroom, asking, "what 'i think we very low down?' "
hahahahs. SO FUNNY! laughed till my cheeks hurt because of that.

iceskating was fun

he came just in time for chinese in his cute new haircut! LOL.
121107: mrs toh told the class to 'TEAR ME APART' today. hahah. we did some reading during english so she called random index numbers to read to the class using a microphone.
when she called me to read the passage, i went up their with my teeth chattering. (was really cold!) and since i thought the passage was dumb i read it in a crappy way. and i was told that my reading has no life/ intonation.
oh wow, how sad that i can't read with expression :( .. LOL.
anyway, mark was very expressive, jack was said to have a sexy voice and bryant was personally chosen by mrs toh to read to the class as she felt that his reading sounded very pleasing.
ahahah. i cant wait! tomorrow's the last day of school! FINALLY. i dont care how many ISPLs there are to complete, or whether i am able calculate the speed of sound, or whether i can write formal letters in chinese! jeez!

this is copper(II) sulphate. lols. jiaying and i liked the blue colour effect. i think this was mixed with aqueous ammonia since its turning dark blue.
091007: the cool lights in the cinema before 'the nanny diaries' started! was with shiya and chrystabel :)
SGH-Z560 meets SGH-Z560. i think my phone fell in love with one of its kind which was on display in westmall.
071107: gave melina and nureen their birthday gifts before the Deepavali holidays. hope they like the presents! and the teachers gave us loads of homework because of the long weekend. oh, i can feel the spirit of giving!
081107: was supposed to wake up early to catch a morning show with vera, but both of us woke up late! haha. we met up at outram and went to vivocity. bought tickets to catch 'the game plan' and went for brunch. then we walked around and vera spotted a blue top that she really liked so i bought it for her as her birthday present! :)
and the movie was so nice! there were many funny parts too. though the ending was predictable, i enjoyed the movie! i like happy endings anyway xD
after the movie, vera went to find her senior who was working at toys 'r' us to fill up an application form as she wanted to work there as well. so i went to find yunqian, nicholas, weijie, paul and zhengjie, who were at the arcade. then we walked around as they were wasting time before watching the game plan as well, which was later at night.

091107: at 12 midnight, i messaged vera and melina to wish them happy birthday! :) the two birthday girls reply pretty quickly. talked on the phone with _ until 3am before sleeping. haha. woke up late and rushed out to meet the others at jurong entertainment centre.
found ruishan at the arcade shooting hoops by herself. after a while chrystabel came and we played daytona. then vanessa arrived and we went to fuji ice palace. we paid the group admission fee and then went to rent a locker to stuff our bags in. then we put on our ice-skates and went onto the ice skating rink.
i was a bit scared since i didnt know how to ice skate, but after a while i figured out that it was pretty much like rollerblading. chrystabel was quite unstable and we all tried to help her. ruishan could just skate like it came naturally to her and vanessa was pretty good as she already knew how to ice skate.
we went back to open out locker again to buy some snacks. i took out my handphone and took some pictures:

oh oh, and we also called melina to wish her happy birthday too :)

oh, and did i mention how nervous and excited the sec ones and twos were for their basic and advance course respectively? 1 of them asked if it was necessary to go for registration if they were just going for camp, and another told me they were going for a holiday and asked if it was alright to miss the registration day. another called to ask about receiving a call saying what platoon they were in and also if it was okay to miss the registration day. that junior also texted me when i was ice skating telling me who his platoon sergeant was. another called and asked if she needed to wear a hair net. and another asked me on msn about the call and the platoons.
juniors are so cute sometimes :)
