met shiya at lot 1 and we went to sheng siong together to buy stuffs for tomorrow's bbq. we reached there early so we waited for the others by walking one whole round of the second floor of ten mile junction and watching the incredibles on the tv sets in the electronic store.
then shuangyu called and we met the rest of the sec twos outside the foot court there playing with one of the $1 machine thingy to get the cute keychain. went shopping and had to carry all the heavy things to bukit panjang plaza. took lrt there while atiqah walked (she say good exercise -.-) met her at bukit panjang plaza's mac. then had some drinks there. after that, me and shiya went to lot 1 to buy tongs and collect the cake while the others had to carry all the things to ama's house.
the cake very big can! i book one of the strawberries already hor. wahaha. tomorrow will have to carry a lot of stuff to east coast park. and must wake up early. shall bring my digital camera =)
i'm gonna get my lit book on friday!! xD

baby shower, $150 popular voucher
after three days of st john activities, now im updating. happy? lols
on saturday was my newborn cousin's baby shower. i couldnt go because of advance nco course. they still havent decided a name of the baby. last time they said that yingyi, my five year old cousin, sister to the newborn baby, wants to name him JONATHAN. eeeww. now they say that they will either name it jonathan or christopher. oh PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let it be christopher.
today i went to meet shiya at lot one and ate at long john silvers. then we went to order the cake for the st john bbq this thursday and she accompanied me to the choa chu kang post office to collect my $150 popular voucher cause my family wasnt at home when they delivered the letter as they were all at the baby shower and i went for advance. after the person at the counter gave me the envelope, i opened it and saw a letter and a red popular voucher holder. inside the holder held 3 sets of $5 vouchers. in each set there were 10, so there were 30 $5 popular vouchers inside, which made $150. -.- no wonder the envelope was so thick.
in the morning me and nureen were playing on this website by making funny and dumb signs. lol. this is one that she made:

HAPPY FEET
this morning i went out and watched the 10.15am movie of "HAPPY FEET" at lot 1 with matthew, matthew's cousin, and jasher. SO VERY THE NICE! the penguins are so cute!! AHHHHH. love the movie.. =)
oh, but before the movie started, me, maomao, and his cousin kept throwing popcorn at each other. mm started it. so inconsiderate, littering the floor. hahahas. but i also got throw. put in mm's spiky hair. then when he come out of the theatre his shirt was full of popcorn sticking to the cloth. lols.
then the movie ended at 11.59, so after i went to the toilet, i rushed to meet shiya at cck mrt station. supposed to meet at 12. hahahas. but we were still early. went to jurong library and was surprised to see most of the sec ones there. i guess they were there to do their banner design as well. jingyi called so we went to jurong entertainment. met shuangyu, jingyi, and yunqian at long john. ate lunch and went back to jurong library. did the two banner designs there before heading home.
oh yah. i asked my sister to help me design a st john flyer for sec one orientation. she wanted me to pay her. so i said $2. then she tell me to say an amount higher than that which i would be willing to pay. so i said $2.50. then she said $10. SIAO CAN. then we settled on $5.
BUT ITS STILL SO DAMN EX FOR JUST SUCH A SIMPLE FLYER.
$5 gone.. but never mind lah. pay her lor. if not she always has to borrow money from me. that day she borrowed $10 from me and i just collected back from mummy today. and my sister also found some job, so no excuse to borrow money from me after she gets her pay.
oh yah. you know the 2e6 girls video? MUST WATCH OKAY? yesterday when i first uploaded it onto multiply, it took 22 minutes. then nureen spotted a mistake in the video (which was writing 1e6'06 when its supposed to be 1e6'05), so i had to change, and also at the same time change some pictures of hers. (as requested by her, to shun bian help her change)
then from there, i had to save the file and convert it into a windows media player file, which took 15 minutes. then i had to reupload it onto multiply again, which took 30 minutes this time, even though the file was smaller.
then it couldnt be viewed, so i had to re re upload it

then when daddy came back and ate dinner with me in the kitchen as mother continued her rantings loudly in the living room, dad was like, "nag nag nag nag nag". but he said it softly to me lah. then he pointed to his watch, "now is 7.38. see how long she nag" in a joking way (super lame if you ask me)
okay. so im finally done with my st john flyer and souvenir for sec 1 orientation, but i didnt read my first aid manual!!!!

jeaneve's surprise party
yesterday was jeaneve's surprise party! todays her birthday. last night, met ma'am liping, ma'am faridah, CL weixiang, yunqian, shuangyu, and jingyi at westmall before going.
we went to the hdb block downstairs. her friends are set up the plan already and told us what to do. we went over to the field where the sticks and strings were already set up. firstly we replaced the satay sticks with sparklers. then when we saw the signal, we had to light up all the candles.
i was given a lighter and had trouble lighting the candles because of the wind. very cold and windy lah. but in the end i could light them up. then at the second signal, we lighted up the sparklers in our hand and used it to light up the sparklers we were designated to. i lighted four sparklers at the H part because from the top it should be seen as 'happy birthday jean'
then we ran back to the hdb block! from there we saw the smoke and heard the sound of the sparklers. so nice. then when jeaneve and stacy came down from the lift, we sang her a happy birthday song.
somebody's bag was lost so we all helped to search for it. it was the girl who tried to help me light up the candles and asked to tompang her wallet in my bag. then they made a police report. took 188 home after that.

ive got the common cold. cause in the morning i woke up with a runny nose and was slightly feverish. woke up and sat on my bed staring into blank space. then after a while keep sneezing. so my mother came and told me not to go for the course today.
i think i sneezed more than seventy times? and i got phlegm but not cough, so i sneezed out the phlegm onto my hand. eeeeeewwwww gross can.
i changed my blogskin!! made it myself. took a few days to do just the picture cause it kept looking ugly. hahs. this is the seventh picture i made for this skin, and its still ugly. then i spent a few hours today doing the code. didnt screw it up, surprisingly. wheeee. inserted this song: public affair by jessica simpson.

ive been sitting in front of the computer the whole day my mother thinks its radiating heat to my body and making my temperature rise.
the only thing i regret now is filling my 1.5 litre ice mountain water bottle, 'cause now my mother wants me to drink half of it. gaah.

hmm, i think i started something. wahahaha
no lah, i didnt create a doomsday device to bring about the end of the world.
i started the scrolling effect in tagboards! =D
lol. now my tagboard is so 'lively'
yesterday i went to watch 'flushed away' with my sister. very funny but the movie is very short and the two main characters who liked each other didnt kiss and get married in the end. boo. people expect a kiss between the male and female leads at the end of a movie. its cruel to disappoint them.
had advance nco course today, lectures after lectures, then footdrill.. so sian and TIRING can. then tomorrow have again. YAWNS.. i wanna sleep.

sec two streaming results out!
in the morning i checked the streaming results on the bbss website. i kept refreshing until the results came out and i got the combination i wanted! YAY. HISTORY AND LITERATURE MY FAV <33
3E2'07! people from 2e6 who got into the same class are beatrice, nureen, melina, chrystabel, pei jun, denise, vanessa, bryant, and samuel. =D quite a lot of girls eh?
then met jiajun alvin kk paul nureen to go to plaza sing together and ate at crystal jade kitchen requested by ME! =D to celebrate nureen's birthday. BUT SHE JUST WENT THERE TO DRINK A GLASS OF WATER. ahahahahahs. i ate my favourite dish- sweet and sour pork! plus a bowl of rice. kk ordered fried rice but he didnt know it was vegetarian! lols!
oh oh. i usually go there to eat with my mother, so this time eating with the cuties like kk and jj and paulina was like so weird and funny! hahaha. and there was this stupid woman who thought that we were poor or something, so she took our wet tissues away, telling us that its 30 cents. sheesh!
lovelove sweet and sour pork =D quite full, didnt eat much of my dinner.

jie's birthday

(:TOTALLY BORED today. lazed around on the couch the whole time and watched tv.. woke up very late too and didnt get to play badminton with nureen kk they all. they kept calling me from nine plus but i only woke up at twelve.. haha sorry! xD my mother came back from work and didnt allow.. tsk. and it was raining. so nice to sleep can.

happy birthday nureen vera melina!

took at the usual shiny neoprint machine.. this is my favourite photo =)
this is one of the photos taken at the other machine.. quite nice. the rest of the neoprints which are not posted here are not so nice so nureen didnt want all of them to be put up here.

who knew the new machine there would be so nice eh? happy birthday vera!
initially i made this neoprint very shiny so vera erased some parts (:

2e6 chalet
CHALET ROCKED! =D thanks to kk, paul, jj, nureen, alvin, and whoever who helped in some way or another. i cant think of another class chalet that would be more fun than this! xD
DAY 1- 061106, MONDAY
my mother had to come for check in so she followed us to bukit panjang and helped carry the food stuffs. jj matt and paul decided to take a cab to sentosa with all the other bbq stuffs while me nureen kk alvin and my mother went to bb mrt to meet the rest of the people. on the way to harbourfront, my mother kept asking me who was this and who was that. then she kept saying that weijie is weimin. so i got irritated after a while and was like, "no this is weijie! weimin is the very short and egghead one!" LOL.
ate lunch at some hawker center near harbourfront bus interchange. then we took the bus to sentosa. vanessa had free admission passes for all of us. YAY. we reached the resort 1 hour earlier than check in time, so we put our stuff at the sofas and sian-ed for a while. my mother called me over to the counter and had early check in. the two rooms were 0314 and 0315. the guys room was 0314 while the mixed room was 0315. had to climb all the way up to the third floor. i anyhow walk then found the rooms. and our bbq pit we had for the next day was BP5.

played truth or dare in the room. the guys got a green light ball from some dude and they used it to throw it on our heads. lols. bully the girls. nureen is the cute 1 year old baby! then kk keep snatching this pillow from me then he say that pillow is alvin -.- blahs. played taiti also. jj treated us to chicken rice for dinner. it was yucky so mostly just ate the rice. me, nureen and mao played the lame arcade thingy. then later jj called me and told me to go to the poolside but it was just to let me meet mm. wth. then he let me read something. became very sad after that, so i just walked away. when walking back, met the rest going for a night walk so followed. after that we had to run back cause the gate was closing. late me, nureen, and some guys couldnt sleep so went sat at the poolside. finally went back at three plus and i slept for 3 hours.
DAY 2- 071106, TUESDAY
went to 7-11 to buy mash potato and some potato chips as matt persuaded me to go out. we met some others at the beach station as they went to fetch peijun denise and alfred. went to palawan beach together and crossed the bridge there. sat around at koufu. some wanted to take the luge ride but jonathan and matt had vanessa's discount card and were about to take the carlsburg sky tower thing. what the hell! plus they also had to room key, so we couldnt go back. then they came down by the luge ride thing. what the.. they were having fun while we had nothing to do, no room to go back to, and i was penniless cause mm didnt tell me to bring out my wallet. ughh. was bloody pissed by matthew lee so i think i said that the chalet sucked. but i guess i was wrong lah. i only said that cause i was so angry. he had to spoil my mood on the first night and second day morning.
in the afternoon we went to the beach again! xuelina and chrystabella came too.

climbed up the rocks. =] later me and nureen tried dragging xueli over to paulina but failed because xueli was too strong. then me, melina, and xueli splashed water and ended up floating around in the water.
after we bathed we got ready for the bbq..

i went down to the bbq late because i had to accompany matt as he was having slight fever. so i managed to eat 1 hot dog, weird mashed potato with bbq sauce, several cups of mango juice, and 3 marshmellows.
later while accompanying matt to walk to 7-11 to buy panadol, vera called and said that they've arrived and are at room 0101! yayness. 7-11 turned out to be closed, so went to vera's room. benjamin was already there. played some games. it was very cold so vera accompanied me up to my room to get my jacket. then i saw that almost everyone was sleeping already and there was no space. vv handed me my jacket and i left. so i ended up sleeping at vera's side instead. better lah, after the previous night's incident. jonathan and shaun kept disturbing us from outside lah. ughh. so irritating. then slide cards under the door. then put a potted plant leaning against the door. wth.
got to sleep at around 3 plus..

DAY 3- 081106, WEDNESDAY
time to cut cake!
the red stuff are words that say "happy birthday nureen & MS melina" looks like miss melina? LOL. i went up to 0315 almost right after i woke up. everyone ate a piece of the cake and started packing up.
some guys already went down to the pool to swim and didnt help to put back the mattresses. then we packed and brough all the stuff down. locked the door and returned the keys by 10.30am. most of them left. waited for vera and her friends to come back from the beach so that i could put my things in her room.
me, vera, benjamin, kiwi, and wanyi went to vivocity. there they went to the arcade. kiwi dance para para and benjamin played daytona 2. then went to meet their other friend jyehuey. bought lunch from long john silvers and ate near the playground there. went to play abit. =] then we went back and they wanted to go cycling. didnt join them as matt wanted to talk to me but he never really did much talking anyway. then nureen melina jj kk paul alvin they all came back.
went to the beach to play. left my camera in the room so couldnt take any photos. burried jj in sand. =] oh yah, some dude accidentally hit a ball at the back of my head, so i acted like i had head concussion and asked lots of questions like i didnt know anything. lols.
kk went home later. the guys went swimming in the evening. alvin and jj swam to and fro while matt hugged the ball and floated here and there. i kena splashed so went back to vera's room as i saw that the light was on. watched goong with them. later vera and jye huey went to buy dinner. went to eat sakae sushi with nureen they all. so funnaye lah!. they started translating english song titles into chinese. like "sugar, we're going down" and "move along" and also "the all american rejects" LOL. then they joked about the ball thingy that we ate. ahahahs. after that i took the tram back to the resort while the rest went home.
went back to the room and played some games. after midnight i smsed melina to wish her happy birthday. it was vera's birthday too. they sang some songs from goong and i fell asleep. haha like lullaby. so effective can.
DAY 4- 091106, THURSDAY
woke up and evacuated. then vera and her friend jh rented bikes and taught me how to ride. ahh. actually at that time i was still sleepy so i didnt say much. managed to ride but very difficult can. rollerblading easier. more stable. and i couldnt turn i only knew how to cycle straight. lols.
after that went out of sentosa. went separate ways. me and vera went to tiong bahru plaza and she bought a new wallet there. then we went to take neos! yayy. it was her birthday so i treated her. the machine v.nice.. will put them up some other day.
TODAY
slept for 12 hours. anyway, i was very worried because it seemed that all my friends knew what platoon they were going to for advance nco course except for me. but today i recieved a call from my platoon sergeant. im in sleepy platoon! our PC is sir jun hao. omg. very scared leh.. advance nco course tomorrow. ahhhhhhhhh. butterflies in my stomach. ningyi is also in the same platoon as me. so is shuangyu and yunqian.
oh. i also recieved a call from the crime prevention council about the "my role model" essay competition. hahas. i got a merit prize! =D they also sent me an email to congratulate me. so now i have to go for some prize presentation on 30 nov, which is the same day as the st john bbq sec twos are organising!
but for that i just get lame popular vouchers? tskk.
ahhhh. okay anyway, i hope advance will not be so scary as it seems. =] have to pack now. bye
