since it was the last day before the exams, i decided to do my detention today for being late on the 12th of april. hahas.
okay i admit- seeing that i failed four subjects really sucks. its like, i'm taking eight subjects and i'm only understanding four. which are the only four that i'm interested in anyway- english, chinese, literature, SS + history. its depressing. i have absolutely zero interest in math and science, and i could be slowly giving up a math.
after school i went straight to the st john room to do the attendance record thingy for term 2 which was to be given to miss lim. i already typed out the names of all the sjab members from sec 1-5 and their respective classes in a table, with 3 empty columns for the three trainings we had, and printed it out. i quickly ticked those who came by checking with the attendance lists in the secretary cupboard and completed the list. then i searched for miss lim but was unable to find her until i walked pass 2e1 and saw her teaching. i asked shiya, who was at the spiral staircase checking the sec ones' uniform, to help me pass it to miss lim instead but she said she wasnt staying long so i suggested for her to pass it to yunqian. i also printed out the website for the sec ones to do their SANA online project and stuck a yellow post-it note on it, saying to remind the sec ones to do the SANA project before 30th April which was the extended deadline, or they wont get their badge. this was also passed to yunqian, and i left for detention.
at the detention room, i actually intended to study for the physics mid year paper tomorrow but i ended up reading my library book because physics is boring and reading is more interesting. so i just sat there alone and read and read. suddenly, i heard atiqah's voice from outside the detention room, asking the prefect on duty whether she could see me. i went out and met jingyi, amalina, shuangyu, atiqah and yunqian. shuangyu asked me about the stuff i passed to yunqian to confirm about what to do. yunqian asked me whether i want to eat lunch after that.
when it was nearing the end of detention, the prefects marked attendance and ms koe came. she first gave out the ezlink for this guy who came to school late today. the rest of us came late on different days, so we told her the respective dates and she went to take our stuff. i heard cecilia's voice so i turned back and saw her sitting behind me with a friend. we talked for a bit. then ms koe came back and returned our belongings. i finally got back my emily the strange wallet. i'm already using another one anyway, since the one i surrendered was going to spoil already. it was another emily the strange wallet but a nicer and smaller one. hahas. matthew gave it to me last year as a souvenir from malaysia.
when i went out of the detention room, i headed towards the st john room but then i heard ly's voice. he was sitting at the tables outside the staffroom and had all my books that i left in the st john room. turns out that the rest had already left the st john room and as shuangyu had to return the key, she asked ly to take all my books. i didnt know he was waiting for me, so i was quite surprised. matthew was waiting for me as well but he was at paul's house. i called yunqian and she said that they were going to the back of school to eat but after that she called back and told me that she's going home and the rest are going to westmall instead because macdonalds was full and at kfc, guiyong was there was jingyi refused to go in. so i decided not to have lunch with them. i called matthew and asked to meet him outside kfc and totally forgot to tell him to bring jiajun along or somebody, since i was with ly. i thought i told him but actually, i told yq.
so it was totally weird! i mean, the three of us, walking to westmall from there. when i talked to ly, matthew listened to his ipod and walked silently behind. when i talked to matthew, ly didnt say anything. but ly did talk to matthew, only for a while. then i asked if they wanted to eat but both of them didnt really want to. so i remained hungry. went to popular to buy some stationary since i had to be prepared for the exams. matthew asked if i wanted to go to bukit panjang plaza as he wanted to buy some earphones there. so i asked ly if he wanted to come with and he said no. so ly went home and just let me go to bpp with matthew.
after he left, matthew said that if he was ly, he would never let me go to bpp with him.
i admit i was disappointed, but a few weeks back i had already realised that he wasn't boyfriend material, so deal with it.
right up till today. i couldn't just deal with it anymore. i sent that text message.
that text message that matthew helped me to compose. but i edited it a little. the other day when i went to bpp with him and ate this cheesecake at starbucks that he bought for me. he said he stole some of my lines from the time when i broke up with him. (i told vera this and she said that he stole HER lines, because she was the one who helped me to come up with these stuff)
we went to the popular and bpp and he asked me to help him choose between two earphones. i helped him pick this black and white one. then we went to kfc and had some food. he started using the earphones and let me listen to music on the other side.
ly called but i didnt pick up so he called matthew. then he asked me this weird question: i love you. do you love me?
so shocked right? then i said that everything was very clear in the sms. so i guess he didnt want to talk anymore and said ok byebye.
i also felt like crying then, but i held back my tears. after some time it got "absorbed" back into my eyes.
i feel so terrible.
i told matthew that im never gonna date again. he texted me at 10.35pm saying "lols. dont even want to talk to me ar? okay...anyway, all the best for tmr exams :) hehs. sleep early. and smile. you sure you dont want any bf? what if i want to date you... then cannot. then wasted. like...wtf?"
sighs. he also asked me before whether he had a chance at last year's chalet. when i said "actually.. have lah", he was like, "aiyah wasted!"
weird people. but nice. im the horrible one.

funny kfc lunch.
something really funny happened today.
after school and after remedial, melina asked me to eat lunch with her. i asked her where and she said she havent been to kfc for a while. ly came along too so the three of us walked to kfc which was pretty weird because when i talked to ly, melina just walked behind us silently. and when i talked to melina ly had nothing to say. they did talk a little but not very much, so it was just plain weird. then when i walked towards kfc, i saw matthew and jj waving to us through the glass panes of kfc. i was like, OMG should we go somewhere else? melina was like, never mind lah we sit at the other side lor. so i pushed open the door and went straight to the other end of kfc.
i ordered a shrooms burger meal which consisted of the shrooms burger, a regular pepsi, and an upsized medium whipped potato. ly didnt want to sit with me and melina (i have no idea why) so he sat at a table behind us and ate alone. then matthew and jiajun came to our table and started disturbing me and melina. they were being very lame. then matthew started singing the "lonely" song (by akon) which was so spiting ly! lols. it was so funny. they kept going back to their seat and then coming back again to disturb us. then matthew took away my whipped potato and when i got it back, the sauce and the potato was already a little mixed together. i find the whipped potato digusting when its mixed up, so i kinda told him off for mixing up my whipped potato, saying that i was very hungry and he had ruined my food. i refused to eat it and so i only had my burger and drink.
a few minutes later, matthew appeared with a tray which carried a whole new set! he didnt just buy a new whipped potato for me, but the whole meal. OMG. i was so very, very surprised and shocked. then i went over to his side and asked him how is he gonna expect me to finish everything. then he was like, "i thought you say you very hungry?" lols. okay. so i ate the new un-mixed whipped potato and since it was hot, i drank the pepsi as well. the only thing left was the burger. when the guys came back, i told them to keep the burger but they didnt want to. they started tell me all the thing i could do with the burger, tapping the burger after each sentence. they even took turns saying it. LOL. like...

(which was pretty hard to imagine. i cant imagine him being angry) in the end when we finished our meal, (which i admit- was pretty enjoyable) we went out leaving the poor, uneaten burger behind, wrapped in napkins.
melina took a bus home while me and ly walked to westmall. i asked him whether he was angry/jealous and he said no. thank goodness(: i knew he wouldnt be. he said that matthew was very lame and so rich for buying me a complete new set.

day at lot1, flag day, sports day.
haven't blogged for a long time. hmm. where do i start..
240307- a day at lot 1
watched Mr Bean's Holiday with nureen! the movie was damn funny.
after that we took neoprints and while decorating, we had an encounter with a pervert. ew ew. was tramautized. but laughed about it later (:
yunqian called and wanted to meet me. so when nureen left, she came and we took neoprints too! by the end of the day, all my $$ was gone.

on the 31st of March saturday, we had our st john flag day.
my group [group 1] went to jurong east interchange. people in my group were jia zhe, hui fen, esther, and esther's buddy, lynn. the "business" at jurong was very good and my tins were quite full. there was the long stretch of people queuing up for this malay singing competition thing, which stretched from outside jurong entertainment centre all the way to the back, near the library there. ma'am told us to ask the whole line of people to donate, but esther said the security guard chased them away. lols.
during the one hour lunch break, we went to macdonalds to eat. after that we continued asking people to donate. esther left for a while for her dental appointment but she came back at two plus. by 3pm plus, most of our tins were pretty full.
this guy who was junyan's buddy, from 2e1, dont know why came to jurong east and joined my group, when he was supposed to be with junyan. he's from ncc land and he talked to leongyew. then they kept insulting st john right in front of me. wth. it was so annoying. then i told them that they are not getting CIP hours just for standing around and talking. and that guy from 2e1 said that im the one wearing st john uniform, not them. what the.. then the stupid ly keep slacking. and agreed with that guy when he insulted st john. later i asked jiazhe what was that guy's name. he said that is was zac. then i told him that he keeps insulting st john, and jiazhe replied saying that he's always like that. & i dont get why jiazhe and junyan are even friends with this sort of person, and even asked him to help for our st john flag day.
at 4pm my group made our way to the st john HQ. met shiya and jingyi's group at lavender. we sealed our tins and walked to HQ together. then we went into the room for zone 9 and gave our tins to the officers there, and sat down while waiting for the rest of the groups. changed back into half uniform. talked to jeanne while waiting.
the later all the sec 3s gathered and we talked alot of crap. like the pronunciation of bras basah. LOL. something happened which i dont want to blog about. bought our lanyards and ate dinner before going home. flag day was fun(:

1st April. Sunday. April Fool's Day xD
met maomao, the CSM of bb, at lot 1 and we ate lunch at long john silvers. then we went to bukit batok mac. actually the purpose of going there was to do homework, but in the end i couldnt do anything. lols. i was thinking of pon-ing the dumb math tuition. i got my math tutor's hp number from my mother's handphone and saved it to mine. in her outbox i saw that last time i couldnt go for tuition, a text message that read "Shi ting is not coming for tuition today", was sent to him. so i typed the exact same message using my handphone and was wondering if i should send it to my tutor, to skip tuition.
later, jiajun, the ASM of bb, came and joined us. maomao pressed my finger and i sent the message to my tutor. OHMYGOSH. then almost instantly, i got a reply which said OK. o.0 alright! i could pon tuition. wahahaha. if i knew it was that easy, i could've done this earlier. ahahas.
jiajun and matthew then made prank calls since it was April Fools. they called leong yew as well. LOL. damn funny luh. then they had to go somewhere. by then it was 5pm plus, and after a while i left and made my way to causeway point to have dinner with mummy and jie. and i pretended i just came from tuition. ahah.
oh yah. and there was this sms i received about a chemistry test, but i didnt believe it as it was April Fools. turns out that it was really just a joke. luckily i didnt fall for that one. hahas.

4th April, Sports Day. Wednesday.
happy birthday jingyi(:
smsed her in class to wish her happy birthday. then i told ly to wish her as well. hahas.
had literature, math, and PE. during PE when the rest were doing warm up, i was helping out at the girls' sickbay. jiazhe was treating this casualty who fell down and had a wound on her upper arm. shoulder there. it was lower sec recess at that time, so i saw many of my juniors as well. helped to wash the kidney dish. could slack for a while.
then when i went out, i found out that index no 1-20 had to do their NAPFA test. hahas. so the rest could just slack or play. i played badminton with jiaying, vanessa, and denise. they're very comical. ahahs. then chrystabel joined in and after a while i got tired so i passed my racket to debby. we were dismissed at 11am.
went to put up a notice on the noticeboard. then had to do ms koe's detention till 12pm as me and nureen were caught for not tucking in our shirts. wth. i should've wore school uniform instead. then dont need to tuck in. lols. skipped mrs ooi's chemistry remedial. was supposed to go because i failed the stupid chem test, but getting back my ezlink card is more important. =X thanks to XUELI for waiting for me and nureen! =)
after detention, we took a cab to my house. changed to my advance tee, had some snacks and used the computer. xueli ate cup noodles. then we left for CCK stadium. no time to eat lunch =(
walked to CCK stadium and saw debby and chrystabel coming out of bus 307. met yunqian at the stadium and she brought me over to the first aid post. it was raining and there were many casualties. it rained quite heavily for a while so the events were put on hold. the wind was very cold so we kept hiding behind jiazhe, who was holding an umbrella. lols. after that we took some group photos. will put them up next time =)
i saw mrs ooi with the girl guides arranging the trophies for the prize presentation. after talking to peijun aka CHINA BEAUTY, i told mrs ooi i didnt go for the rememdial because i had detention with ms koe. and she was like, saying she was quite angry with me x) haiyah also not my fault i suay kena caught mah. then she was called over and then she said to me "wait i talk to you later" so i quickly went back to the first aid post. lols.
after all the events. we had CCA race. 4x100m. i was supposed to be the first runner then jingyi and yunqian told me to switch with shiya because of my retarded-ness. LOL. so i became second runner. but when i received the baton st john was already last. then i passed it to jingyi and she passed it to yunqian, and we really came in last. sobs. oh well, as least we tried.
after the CCA race we were very tired. augustine had chest pain again so me and jingyi ran over to the first aid post to call for ma'am liping. they carried him on a stretcher and into the ambulance, where he was further accessed.
altogether i had 4 and a half cups of milo while doing duty. lols. we were only given 2 tickets for 2 cups of milo, but monkeyboy had throat infection and couldnt come so he gave his tickets to shiya. so shiya gave me one of the tickets. the other one and a half cup was given to us while doing duty. kept calling leepeng and liping. so fun. ahahs. because they both lipings. then i told leong yew. these are my juniors leepeng and liping. LOL.
anyway. had prize presentation before sports day finally ended. lewis won the house cup. (: it was a very tiring day. nureen, debby, chrystabel, xueli, they all came to look for me at the first aid post. so i left with them. talked to latifah for a while before leaving. then we walked to lot 1. ate with debby and xueli at macdonalds. zhiwei and shyna sat at a table behind us.
my mother called and i told her i wasnt eating dinner. then she said she was at lot 1 and she saw alot of bbss people. so she asked where was i and i said at macdonalds and she said she was coming but i was like, nooo im with my friends but she said never mind and i was veryvery scared that she and ly came at the same time or something, because ly was coming too. but luckily for ly, my mother came only for a while and was like, "oh all girls, dont have boys ah" and the second she said that i knew she came to spot check on me. SO HENG. after she left then ly came. hahas.
ate a whole lot of fries (no wonder i have sore throat now. T.T i think ly passed his sore throat to me. boohoos.) then we went to take neoprints. reached home at 8pm plus.

altogether i had 4 and a half cups of milo while doing duty. lols. we were only given 2 tickets for 2 cups of milo, but monkeyboy had throat infection and couldnt come so he gave his tickets to shiya. so shiya gave me one of the tickets. the other one and a half cup was given to us while doing duty. kept calling leepeng and liping. so fun. ahahs. because they both lipings. then i told leong yew. these are my juniors leepeng and liping. LOL.
anyway. had prize presentation before sports day finally ended. lewis won the house cup. (: it was a very tiring day. nureen, debby, chrystabel, xueli, they all came to look for me at the first aid post. so i left with them. talked to latifah for a while before leaving. then we walked to lot 1. ate with debby and xueli at macdonalds. zhiwei and shyna sat at a table behind us.
my mother called and i told her i wasnt eating dinner. then she said she was at lot 1 and she saw alot of bbss people. so she asked where was i and i said at macdonalds and she said she was coming but i was like, nooo im with my friends but she said never mind and i was veryvery scared that she and ly came at the same time or something, because ly was coming too. but luckily for ly, my mother came only for a while and was like, "oh all girls, dont have boys ah" and the second she said that i knew she came to spot check on me. SO HENG. after she left then ly came. hahas.
ate a whole lot of fries (no wonder i have sore throat now. T.T i think ly passed his sore throat to me. boohoos.) then we went to take neoprints. reached home at 8pm plus.
