17th March, Monday.
the first day of term two! i had to carry my new pink and grey converse bag to school today. its so ugly can! my mother bought it for me, so i have no choice but to carry it to school. plus my blue nike bag which i have been using since sec one has been pretty worn out and everything. it has been to Brunei with me, as well as many other camps. too bad it had to be thrown away.
oh, and because i went to cut my hair on saturday, my hair has become shorter and more layered. i don't really like it, but who cares, it will grow back.
with all my incomplete homework in my ugly bag, i reached the quadrangle just in time for morning assembly. lessons carried on as usual. had a physics test on DC circuits. was supposed to have a social studies test on globalisation, but ms lau was nice enough to postpone it, saying that she had changed her mind since its the first day of the term and also since its holy week.
after SS remedial, i had to go down for the AAC rehearsal. was in the first row of the contingent to march in. as the heel of my right boot was coming loose, i had a little difficulty in marching. i have got to get it repaired soon.
18th March, Tuesday.
its matthew's birthday today. so, happy birthday matthew :)
even though we don't talk much anymore, im just simply going to wish you a happy birthday.
shiya lent me her Angela CD! Ang 5.0! when i got it from chrystabel, nureen was like, 'you got listen to chinese songs one meh?' hahaha. oh, and i wore my new school shoes today. super white can! but it looks exactly the same as the old one. same pattern. haha.
had to do the summary draft during english. Mrs Toh told jiaying, xiaohui and i to type out our compositions on writing what you would miss most when you leave secondary school. my compo wasn't any good, since i made several mistakes which i normally wouldn't have as i wrote it on when i was still feeling sleepy. anyway, she told us to give her the softcopy tomorrow.
instead of running for PE today, we did exercises like hopping and stretching, which were supposed to help us in our NAPFA test next friday. how unlucky; we are going to have a full dress rehearsal for the AAC parade on that day too. you can imagine how tired we would be. plus after friday, there's still st. john flag day.
started on a new chapter for additional math. i hope that i still can survive this.
had chemistry practical on qualitative analysis. then we proceeded to the hall for assembly. Mrs. Lau gave a speech but majority of us were sleeping or chatting away. after that, we had to go back to class to do target setting for SA1.
surprisingly, i had met some of my CA1 targets. such as literature, combined humanities and chinese.
had no remedial, so i could go for training on time. was the only sec four there until the rest came. we had this first aid quiz for the sec twos. then we had to draw lots to decide which place we would station at for flag day.
went striaght home after training. went to bed right after typing out my essay as i didn't have the energy to do my homework.
19th March, Wednesday
we started on a new SS chapter today- Vernice. it seems interesting for now.
physics practical on the pendulum bob today. miss punitha showed us this clip on the mistakes made in thes simple experiment. after we had gone through those mistakes, we were left with 15 minutes to record our data.
had chemistry practical after school, on volumetric analysis. did our practical with some 4E3 students too. ate lunch and rushed straight home after that.
oh yeah. and on my way to the chemistry lab, nureen and i met Mdm Yeo. she was like, "shi ting! you must work verry hard ah!" and i was like, "yah, i know." and she went something like, "good that you know."
but she's so going to be disappointed because i've not studied for her math test.
have just completed the literature project on the curious incident of the dog in the night-time :)
