week 5, odd week
i know ive been complaning about loads and piles of homework every single day, but during the past weekend i managed to complete all my weekend homework for once even though it was a busy weekend =D
i think i'm starting to cope. yay me! i kept telling my mother no time to do, blahblah but she gave me some pep talk about there is no such thing as no time, only poor time management, etc.
so, even though i had sj training on saturday and kept thinking there was "no time", and on sunday morning (yesterday) i had to go to my grandmother's (on father's side) death anniversary and come back to do homework for only a while then go out again for my first math tuition lesson for 2007, i thought there was really no time to complete everything.
but i was wrong! ahahahas. i finished all the damn homework. in your faces, people who think that im lazy and not a guai kia. hah!
okay whatever. im so crap today.
yesterday dad woke all of us up to go to my grandmother's death anniversary. so we went and met all our relatives on his side over there. then all of them kept saying that im taller than my sister and going to be taller than my father and they think that im sec 4 already. but actually, we are all just a bunch of short people.
then since all the christians could not burn joss sticks they all stood around and talked. then others started lighting up red fat candle thingys. my dad gave my sister and i each three joss sticks to light up and it was pretty weird because it was the first time i was holding joss sticks and i was unsure of what to do. after lighting up the joss sticks, me and jie went in front of the picture of our grandparents and jie was like, hmm what am i supposed to say- she doesnt understand english. and after a while she went, "wassup" in a very funny way. ahahas.
then we placed the joss sticks next to the rest and my sister went to burn paper. then i went to one side and was being anti social because everyone else is intimidating as they are all older, more matured, more uninteresting. my cousin was going around shaking everyones hand (luckily he didnt notice me being anti social) and my 2nd gugu was seen going up to my uncle and was like, in mandarin, "ni shi wo de didi. wo qu guo ni de jia" (you are my younger brother. i got go your house before) lols.
then we went to some hawker centre to eat breakfast cum lunch. the food sucked so my sister and i played with our chocolate cake which became chunks of brown sponges. then we put some other disgusting cake on top. the ice milo was quite okay lah, and it came in bubble tea form.
went home, did my chinese workbook, bathed, then went for my first math tuition.
i did all the A maths questions that mdm yeo told us to do! with the teacher's help! yayyy. then i went home and did all the dumb homework.
so now i can slack. lalalas.
today was okay. after school and after training me and yunqian went to the mac near westmall to have some food. saw aung htet there with his friends. long time no see (:
and i understood chemistry! wow.
and the guy who sits behind me whose mother is a chemistry teacher still had the cheek to ask me what miss huang was talking about, when he got 24 upon 25 for his chemistry test and i got only 16 -.-
but i still feel like the stupidest person i know for failing the first A math and E math test miserably, getting a single digit. =(
yeah, yeah. my mother and my sister and the guy who sits behind me laughed when i told them. hmpf.
