seventh day of being in 3e2. and everyday there are tons and tons of homework to finish. GAAH. so stress.
yesterday sagano high students from japan came to bbss. OMG. GUYS FROM JAPAN ARE SO CUTE!! seriously! they have those kind of typicial japanese face and nice hairstyles. reminds me of anime like ouran!
i made a friend and her name is Akiko. she's very nice and pleasant. we introduced ourselves to each other and shook hands. then we had a quick chat and she told me that singapore is a beautiful country and that it is very hot as they are having winter in japan now. so i told her ive never been to japan before and singpore does not have winter as it is hot all year round, and ive only seen snow once in korea before. we went to the stations and me and chrystabel taught her and her friend how to play five stones.
oh, and she said my earrings were nice. i asked her if she wore any and she said her school didnt allow them to pierce their ears. they have to graduate before piercing. (of course we didnt say 'graduate' or 'pierce'. had to use simple english like 'have hole' *points to ear* or 'finish school') isnt that weird? for a school that allows girls with long hair not to tie up their hair and have short skirts, that is. their uniform is quite nice, only that when they took out their jacket, their white shirts tucked into their skirt looked quite toot. and the socks are worn super high. and they use huge and bright coloured clips.
oh. and today, wan cf (yes, sadly, she so happens to be my chinese teacher yet again. p/s monkeyboy, dont laugh at my misery. only things to look forward to being her student are the ang paos and free food. =D) passed something to the CL rep wenxin, who passed it to me as i sat like, digonally behind her. it was about the dumb chinese composition song writing thing, or wahtever its called. and guess what?
MY GROUP WAS CHOSEN!! OMG. we have to sing and record it down and send it to this person's email! after hearing the info, i immediately tore a piece of paper out from my notebook and wrote a note to melina, who sat like, behind behind behind behind me, about the instructions on what we had to do, and stapled it to the piece of paper about the competition instructions in chinese and the song lyrics that somebody corrected, then passed it down the row. it was melina who composed the lyrics. me and chrystabel may be in the group but she did everything so the credit goes to her. im in the group for show =D
anyway, we did not want to be chosen!! AHHH. it was done for the sake of doing it. and maybe we will come up with thousands of excuses to not record the singing. even if we must, we will just do for the sake of doing. maybe even sing off key or until glass can break. whatever.
nowdays ive been arriving at school very early. its kinda nice in the morning to reach school and go up to class 1 hour earlier than the time the bell is supposed to ring, and catch up on homework or just chat. its easier to concentrate in the morning and get things done.
on one of the days last week i stayed back to help do the noticeboard. in the end not many stayed back as most had to go elsewhere for other stuff. actually it was supposed to be a "punishment" for those who did not bring some form, but i just couldnt see how decorating the noteiceboard is a form of punishment, as it was kinda fun.
oh yah. and the day before we went for OBS, the sec threes of st john took neos at jurong entertainment centre. the first neoprint of the year! woots. very small though. i think if i were to scan it, it would appear blur.
had health check today. checked my eyesight. perfect eyesight! YAY. every year i get the fear that i would need to wear glasses.
after school nureen and i went back to class to do homework. asked matthew and jiajun to come teach us math. lols. i took matt's tie + ipod while jj wook my wallet + handphone. ahahahs.
this post is very random. typing it very quickly and just blogging about whatever that comes to mind. wont be able to update so often.
