first disappointment was that i failed math. and the paper was supposed to be easy! but i still flunked. =( then i started ignoring leong yew and he went to ask bryant 'why is shi ting so quiet today?' and bryant was like, 'she's is never quiet!' or something. whatever. it was WORSE to see the stupid mark list being passed down and finding out that im the last in class for math. typical. no wonder mdm yeo keeps picking on me even though so many other people are talking. once, she was like, 'leong yew and the.. whats her name ah?.. shi ting! stop talking!' with her big eyes bulging out. wah lau damn paiseh. another time she said 'shi ting! the whiteboard is not on leong yew's face!' wth. then i could feel myself blushing (or should i say, blooshing, invented by bryant) and me and ly wont talk to each other for a few minutes.
the second disappointment was that i failed chemistry. the return of mrs ooi was supposed to be a good thing but no, turns out that mrs ooi's teaching is worse than miss hwang. at the very least, miss hwang speaks better english than mrs ooi. she says "hand in" instead of mrs ooi's singlish "passup" and she does not act like a smartie pants like mrs ooi does. once, mrs ooi told me to write on the whiteboard the formula of a chlorine atom. since i wasnt listening and didnt bring my book and was talking to rui shan, i didnt know what to do. and rui shan told me to write the wrong thing. then after writing Cl on the board, she told me to write "chlorine atom" underneath. then she started spelling the word "chlorine" out for me. she went, "c-h-l-o-r-i-n-e" which was so dumb and annoying and rolled my eyes and was like, 'DUH!' she must be thinking that im dumb & have a intelligence level of negative five, seeing the word chlorine so many times and not being able to spell it. felt like slapping her.
other than those two subjects, here are my results:

chinese- 26/50
physics- 13/25
SS- 9/13
we will be getting our history marks after the holidays. when i showed my mum the chemistry paper she was all, "wah! so clever" in a very sarcastic way. and my results are all borderline passes. sigh..
